Formal Event Package

A standalone second-line package with traditional brass-band attire, one Grand Marshal, and agreed-route logistics.
- 30-minute performance by seven musicians: trumpet, sax, 2 trombones, tuba, snare drum, and bass drum
- Black pants, shoes and socks; white button-down shirts, black bow ties, and traditional brass band hats
- Includes one Grand Marshal
- Required permit and police-escort services for the agreed route and performance window; actual charges are included and itemized in your final package total, subject to agency approval
- Zulu Tramps and Mardi Gras Indians are not included; select and quote any additional cultural performers separately
- Final pricing confirms the route, timing, actual agency charges, and event requirements
Advertised amounts are base package starting prices, not guaranteed final totals. Your written proposal confirms the package scope and complete event price before booking. Applicable travel, lodging, platform/payment fees and additional event requirements are disclosed in your proposal; a local event is not automatically surcharged. Services expressly included in the final package total are not charged again. Existing written customer quotes retain their actual agreed terms.
